With inspiration coming equally from automotive design, space exploration and the retro-futuristic comics Büsser enjoyed in his youth, MB&F has steadily evaded prevailing convention and the aesthetic of the day as well as the pitfall of repetition.

The limited numbers in which MB&F creates iterations of its signature pieces – with combinations rarely repeated ever again – underlines the specialness of each release. This, together the high degree of hand-finishing, speaks to a level of rarity key to interest in independent watchmaking.
