With the introduction of the Chronomètre Contemporain in 2018, Rexhepi transformed modern conceptions of watchmaking, making it an exciting, electrifying affair. His work has challenged the industry and revitalised the past, drawing in new audiences to watchmaking. Rexhepi’s interest in improving and developing complications continues to push boundaries, moving firmly in the direction of meaningful horological innovation.

From developing his more recent style, to luring the famed casemaker Jean-Pierre Hagmann out of retirement, we especially admire Rexhepi’s constant striving for perfection as well as his attention to detail.
